Note: Access to the DevOnce application is restricted to authorized company clients, and accounts are provisioned directly by us, not created via self-registration.

A. Information Collected via DevOnce Technologies App (Financial Management System)

The DevOnce Technologies Financial Management System is a private, closed-circle platform for our business partners to manage and view their funds, transactions, and initiate withdrawals. We collect the following data:

Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, CNIC (National Identification), Additional Information on Next of Kin (name, relationship, contact details), collected for account recovery purposes and to transfer ownership of the account of authorized client under special circumstances such as in the case of mortality of the account owner.

If you use our main website or engage us for software development services (e.g., front end, backend, API integration, mobile app development), we may collect:

Please note that we are required to retain certain transaction and identifying information for a defined period due to legal and regulatory obligations related to funds management.
  • Management: You have the direct right to manage your fund withdrawals and view your transaction history as you wish within the DevOnce platform.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

If you wish to request the permanent deletion of your DevOnce App account and associated data, please follow the procedure outlined below:

  • Step 1 - Initiation: To initiate a request for account deletion, the authorized account holder must send an email to info@devonce.net (as listed in Section 8). The email should clearly state the nature of the request (e.g., "Request for Account Deletion")
  • Step 2 - Acknowledgement and Verification: Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 to 48 hours. For security and to protect your funds, we may perform a verification process to ensure the request is made by the authorized partner.
  • Step 3 - Confirmation: Once verification is complete, we will provide you with a final confirmation notice. Upon your "go-ahead" or final approval, we will proceed to de-provision your account and delete the personal data linked to it from our active databases.
  • Step 4 - Final Completion: After the deletion is finalized, you will receive a concluding response from us confirming that your request has been fulfilled.
